The Lineage of a Gown: Wedding Dresses Tell Their History
“I truly enjoyed designing my own gown,” designer Lara Meiland shared, “and I knew that I wanted something different with a lot of exquisite embroidery and detail.”

Some brides have the dilemma of not wanting to store their gowns right away after their wedding. They want it to remain in their lives a bit longer. One of the advantages of being a designer with her own salon, Lara can keep her gown “on view” with no excuses! The couture treasure is displayed on a mannequin for all the world to see in her New York store, Lara Hélène Bridal Atelier.
